Deborah Libby loves helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—where to live. Known for her ability to truly listen, she helps buyers and sellers zero in on what matters most while offering fresh possibilities they may not have considered. She sees herself as a trusted partner and advisor, keeping clients informed with the latest market insights and neighborhood trends.

Before real estate, Deborah spent nearly 20 years working in marketing operations and project management within Seattle’s tech industry. Her experience leading complex projects with tight deadlines sharpened her ability to cut through complexity and create a clear path forward—a skill she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Deborah moved to Chicago in 2014 to attend graduate school at Northwestern University, planning to stay just two years … and the rest is history! Now a proud homeowner in the Rogers Park neighborhood, she especially enjoys working with those relocating to Chicago as well as first-time buyers. As part of the Scott Stavish Group at @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, she’s backed by an experienced team of agents with over 900 transactions totaling $400+ million in sales over the past 20 years.

When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her walking the lakefront, exploring antique shops, or stocking up on fresh produce at the Evanston farmers market along with her husband, Stephan.
